How to place an order

  • Placing an order with Wag N' Walk Boutique is very straight forward.
  • Simply find the item you wish to purchase and add the item to your shopping cart.
  • Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on the checkout button where you will be asked for a few details to complete the order with your billing address, delivery address and other details.
  • We accept payment via credit and debit card, as well as PayPal.

You will receive a Order of Confirmation e-mail, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We will then email you when your order has been dispatched.


Our delivery charges are £3.49 for orders up to 1kg in weight with Royal Mail 1st Class or you choose Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class for £4.49. Orders between 1kg-5kg are £4.99 are also sent via Royal Mail.

We also offer free delivery on orders over £50.

We will always aim to deliver the goods within your requested timescales, and in any event within 30 days of entering into a contract with you, in the unlikely event where we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days we will contact you and you will be free to cancel the contract and we will reimburse you within 30 days of your cancellation.

We will e-mail you when your order has been shipped. We will assume responsibility for the goods whilst they are in transit, if they are lost in transit or arrive damaged on arrival, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact Wag N' Walk Boutique as soon as possible if any goods are damaged or lost in transit. If goods received are damaged and have not been signed for as damaged to our courier, reasonable proof must be provided as evidence for the damaged goods.

Once reasonable proof has been received we will then review the evidence and act accordingly.

Generally, orders will be dispatched the following day.

Dispatches and Deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays. Royal mail and MyHermes deliveries will take place Monday-Friday.
